No the drivers don't need to own a Industrial tow truck to provide towing and auto transpiration services, as long a they have a towing Capacity Pickup truck and a trailer for vehicle transportation such as a Dolly, Flatbed, and multiple car trailer for auto transportation then they will be able to provide the service as long as they also have the certification and requirements that are needed and required to do the job.
